Swissôtel Nusantara

My family and I stayed 1 night at Swissotel Nusantara. Our rooms were very comfortable, complete with tea/coffee station and fruits. Ms Teta gave us rooms with beautiful view, and gave us a tour in presidential suite which absolutely gorgeous. And also informed us regarding special discounts. Thank you very much, Ms Teta. We wish we could stay in that presidential suite next time 🙂 We were able to take rest and enjoy our stay, thanks to all staff who work hard. All staff were very polite, friendly, informative, helpful, and pay attention to details. I had iga Bakar Raja Kutai for dinner. The ribs were juicy, and the sauce was so good, the best iga Bakar I have ever had. In the early morning, my family and I walked from Swissotel Nusantara to the Garuda Palace. Pleasant temperature (not hot) and nice weather. It was amazing. We took many photos and videos. Just a little bit of advice, I wonder if you could provide tissue on every dinning table and bedroom, please.

I wanted to see the city of Nusantara before it turns into a Megalopolis in ten more years. It was pretty impressive. Just like Swissotel! They are the first and for now only hotel available in Nusantara and before we went I thought to myself that being the only hotel is a high expectation, that a big part of my impression of Nusantara would be represented by the hotel. The room was super comfortable, great bathroom, very clean, clean hallways, and a very chill vibe. AC was adjustable to Arctic. The food was great, the coffee rich and full of flavor like you find all over Java. Setiap karyawan di situ sanggat profesional dan baik sekali. Kolamnya enak, damai dan indah, karena pemandangan di situ adalah hutanan. Very green very cool.

An exceptional stay from start to finish! The hotel is stunning, but it’s the service that truly stands out. Special thanks to Mr. Johannes Sinaga, the Front Office Manager, for his outstanding professionalism and care. Also grateful to Ferry and Mei from the Hospitality team—their warmth and attention to detail made all the difference. Truly world-class hospitality. Highly recommended!
