Swissôtel Resort And Spa Cesme

We stayed for 10 days with my extended family so we were 11 in total. The hotel is very specious. Even though the hotel was nearly fully booked we didn’t feel the crowd. The breakfast was also amazing. Not because of the vast selection of food also the quality and taste was kept as well. The rooms were recently renovated so it is very comfortable and the a/c works well. The lunch and dinner food also was very tasty however compared to other restaurants it was a bit pricey. Definable visit Hamdi, the kebap house. The guest relations team was excellent. They help us a lot with our requests so make sure you get their WhatsApp number. The only thing that was a bit of concern was the waves. The sea can be a bit rough but the swimming pool was a good alternative.

We stayed a few nights. Everything was amazing. Great gym. Great service. Every location by water has a button with fast service. Serdar was awesome and very helpful. The food and drinks are pricey. But that's normal for resorts. There are walkable restaurants nearby. The hotel was very clean.

It was a terrible experience. We were on the beach, and we went to take a shower on the beach. We were literally chased away by a security guard in a rude manner. He said that the shower was for the hotel. However, it was located on the beach, not in the hotel. I would like to request that you address this issue with your staff. The unpleasant experience of visiting Cesme was caused by your staff's lack of concern for water conservation in a hot country. As a result, our skin was also affected by the sea salt. This is a shame.
