Our stay was wonderful, but what truly made it special was Meryem Hanım’s kindness and attention to detail. Her warm smile, genuine care, and helpful attitude made us feel completely at home. It was a wonderful experience with lots of rest and summer vibes. Though it wasnt as extravagant as an all inclusive hotel, me and my family enjoyed the blissful minimalistic luxury experience we had. The pürovel spa experience, the calmness of the location, the clean sea, kind hotel staff, fast and efficient room service and delicious meals made this stay a worthwhile one. What particularly good was for example the coffee and ice cream cafe in Swiss Gourmet, the raki+melon and gin+orange ice cream flavors stood out. Additionally, as always pürovel had wonderful services for the visitors who wanted to experience a bit of spa experience. I personally recommend the Sea Wholistic body-skin care massage. I enjoyed my time in there. The room was very clean, and bed was absolutely comfortable, and the view was good. The hotel has a sandy beach, a couple of restaurants and a cafe which includes a Starbucks machine. The service and the hospitality were outstanding! Really great and professional service with little bit of delay, but overall I think it was great. The room cleaned everyday, but I think they charge extra for cleaning the room? Not sure about that. And be careful to consume the nuts and other things in the room as they seem to be chargeable. The facilities in the hotel were good, I enjoyed the spa, the swimming pool wasn’t that good but okay. Please note that the hotel is very far from most of the great destinations in Bodrum, but it has some cool places by the hotel too. And one last thing, the hotel is more of a family friendly hotel.
