We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and can highly recommend it. The rooms were comfortable, clean, and well maintained, and the overall atmosphere was very welcoming. The food was absolutely excellent. I am a vegetarian, and still, there was always a wide variety of delicious and diverse dishes available. What touched me most was the personal attention from the kitchen team – the chefs repeatedly asked if they should prepare something extra just for me. This level of care and hospitality truly made me feel at home. Another highlight of our stay was the diving school. It is extremely well organized and professionally managed. The team offers different options: they drive guests by car to nearby dive sites, organize trips with the boat (for which you first travel by car to the marina), or you can dive directly at the house reef whenever wind and weather conditions allow. The service is outstanding – there is always enough water and refreshments provided, and even small details such as tasty Oreos make the experience special. What made our time here truly unforgettable, however, was the outstanding support and personal care from Mr. Taha. He went above and beyond to make sure that everything was perfect during our stay. His kindness, professionalism, and constant attention made a huge difference for us. Thanks to him, the wonderful kitchen team, and the excellent dive school staff, our time at the hotel was truly memorable. We would definitely love to return and can wholeheartedly recommend this place to stay. Sabine

My stay at this hotel is still ongoing. I'm delighted with everything. From the wonderful, incredibly hospitable staff (everyone working at the hotel🙏☺️), through the beautiful architecture and design, to the wonderful views, beautiful beach, and great pool. Very quiet hotel, more for adults, very few children. The food is excellent, but I agree with previous reviews that the a la carte food in the Italian restaurant is not good at all. We really enjoyed the large selection of food - the only thing I would improve is the outdoor grilling method, which took place every evening, all the meat from this grill was unfortunately burnt or burned black. Which is a real shame, so much work and excellent meat would deserve a better result. All the staff and services were excellent. The only complaint I would have about the accommodation is the problems with the drain in the shower and the subsequent smell which was not pleasant at all, plus they would like to change the air conditioning in the rooms - they are very noisy and the temperature cannot be regulated according to the guest's wishes. Regarding swimming in the sea, it is an area with corals and this must be taken into account, you can bathe and swim on the beach according to the phase of the moon (low tide, high tide), you can see the beautiful underwater world. In general, we were very satisfied with our vacation. If the hotel management eliminates the shortcomings that will lead to greater comfort in the accommodation, it will be excellent.
