The hotel is amazing, the staff is very friendly and kind, the food is great, the facilities are awesome! Guys here are always in good mood and ready to help. Our pool lifeguard Sara is the best. She was taking a very good care of us, it's been really a pleasure felt so special 🙏🙃🤗

This is my initial feedback to highlight check-in process at the hotel. From the very first moment at reception, Mr. Ahmed and Mr. Ayad made us feel truly welcome. Their warm attitude, ability to communicate in several languages, and genuine care for guests created an immediate sense of comfort. What impressed us most was their personal touch: understanding our wish to have rooms close to our children, they not only accommodated our request but even upgraded both rooms. This thoughtful gesture showed how much they value guest satisfaction. Thanks to their professionalism and kindness, our holiday started in the best possible way. We felt not just like guests, but like truly cared-for visitors. Well done!

Ahmed, at the Scorpion Center service point, is a true professional and the soul of the beach! He always greets guests with a smile and knows all the best places and activities in the area. With him, any service, whether it's a boat ride, diving, or especially scuba diving!! Or assistance with booking an excursion, becomes enjoyable and effortless. Ahmed is highly responsible, friendly, and attentive to detail. He ensures that guests have a pleasant and memorable experience. It's a pleasure to do business with him, as he doesn't just sell services but also creates a great atmosphere. Despite all this, Ahmed is, first and foremost, a great person !!!
