Absolutely incredible stay! This place is stunning—modern, spotless, and everything feels brand new and refreshingly clean. Free parking was a huge plus. The front desk staff were exceptionally warm and friendly, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The beds and pillows were unbelievably soft and comfortable—I slept like a dream. The spa facilities were top-notch, and the complimentary snacks were a thoughtful touch. I didn’t get a chance to try the restaurant this time, but it looked amazing—definitely on my list for next visit. Thank you for a wonderful experience. Can’t wait to come back!

The Best Service I’ve Experienced in Tbilisi ❤️ I rarely write reviews, but this time I just couldn’t stay silent. I checked into Swiss Hotel Tbilisi today, and the reception ladies absolutely made my day! They checked me in earlier than expected, and when I asked for a different view — they went above and beyond, upgrading me for free to a room with a stunning panoramic view. This was such a pleasant surprise, especially in Tbilisi, where the service level is often not at this standard. The room is flawless: perfectly clean, brand new, cozy, with high-quality toiletries and thoughtful details in every corner. The staff at the entrance helped me with my luggage and even with the room move. A huge thank you to the whole team, especially the wonderful reception ladies — thanks to you, I now know exactly where I’ll be staying on my next visit!

⸻ I had to stop in Tbilisi for a couple of nights with my dad for his immigration interview, and I’m so glad we chose this hotel! The rooms were spotlessly clean, beautifully furnished, and super spacious—with stunning views of the park across the street and the entire city from the other side. I can’t say enough about the staff—absolutely amazing! Everyone was incredibly professional, helpful, and patient. My dad is disabled, and they assisted him with so much care whenever he needed help. They even printed a bunch of documents for me last minute before the interview. Truly outstanding customer service! The interior is elegant and spacious, and the breakfast offered a great variety with a lovely dining area. I’m seriously impressed—this place is a gem. If you’re staying in Tbilisi, don’t think twice—this is the hotel to book!
