Swissôtel Wellness Resort Alatau Almaty

Have been to many resorts. This one is high class luxury. I highly recommend a stay here if you visit Almaty and need some relaxing time. The place is beautiful, the staff is clearly highly trained and the service is excellent. You can have lone walk, go to the lake, play varieities of sports, masage, go to the pool. Eat great food on one of the many restaurants. The breakfast was excellent. We will come back here everytime we visit Almaty from now on.

I recently stayed for 5 nights at a resort, which was fantastic! The location was great, with beautiful rooms offering stunning mountain views. It’s a peaceful area, perfect for enjoying a holiday away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The breakfast spread was excellent, with a variety of options to choose from. The resort's facilities were ideal for guests of all ages, making it a perfect choice for families. Overall, my stay was wonderful and filled with great memories!

Well,the hotel is in an amazing forest so the location is perfect if you looking for serenity and tranquil ,staff are very polite,food is amazing we tried the phoenix Resturant with out standing view on the lake, what is not acceptable at all to have an issue with the ac,we could not sleep or rest at all for 2 days. Temp is 25 in this hot summer. They sent technician twice nothing improved,1st time to see a 5 stars resort to offer a fan in the room,when I was checking in another family were checking and complaining big time about the ac,I would have really appreciate the situation if they have told me upon check in that’s they have a real issue with the ac system and I would have moved to other hotel as I left now to other hotel instead of extending.
