One of the best stays I ever had in a hotel! The young men at the reception were very polite and helped me with everything. I was upgraded with no charge to a suite which was really magnificent with jacuzzi and glass ceilings. Very quiet at the top floor. Magnificent view even though the window was small. The only improvement might be the cleaning service which did not take place every day. If I may also add a comment for the management to consider, is that the taxi driver who took me to the airport, who was called by the hotel, was texting in his phone during the whole trip, which made me feel very anxious ! Just points for improvement for an otherwise five star stay!!
Hey guys! My lady and I stayed for 11 days at the hotel. Over all it was a 5 star experience because of the front desk employees. It’s doesn’t matter if it was day shift or night shift everybody was so helpful. Giving discounts, ordering food (phones couldn’t order food in Istanbul), conversations just over all great people. The hotel hired the best employees!!! The reason I gave a 4 star on the room is they are quite small so if you need space upgrade to the bigger room. It’s also near a street and you hear a lot of traffic and noises so if you are light sleeper ask for a room on the other side of the street. I will def be back and will stay there again. The hotel is near tons of coffee shops, restaurants, shopping ext. try the Turkish bath if you are comfortable with being butt naked! They can plan your whole stay if you need. There NUMBER 1 missing is to make you happy. It really shows. Have fun and good luck!
My boyfriend and I stayed here for two nights (it was supposed to be six, but we got spontaneous plans). And all though we didn’t stay long enough to get a full impression, the staff seemed very helpful and nice and the room was very clean and would be enjoyed by anyone who loves a minimalist aesthetic. It is also located perfectly for seeing all the famous spots in Istanbul, while still being placed on a quiet street. Atleast if you stay in the suite, you won’t experience any significant noise, considering that Istanbul is a huge city. The only reason I don’t give 5 stars, is that you can find hotels for similar prices in Istanbul, with more facilities, like a pool and balcony. However I would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone wishing a comfortable stay in Istanbul :-)
