Symbola Bosphorus Istanbul

The room was perfect .. it had a living room, bed room and a washroom . Every inch of it was spitting royalty.. it was a great experience The people at the reception were very helpful and friendly. They helped in ordering food , provided complimentary breakfast etc Has great views of the Bosphorus river. Very peaceful and beautiful Has an in-house restaurant which provides both vegetarian and non-vegetarian options. You need to use google translator at the restaurant as they might not understand English 😊 The entrance is not wheelchair accessible Have to get down few stairs.

We stayed here for a week with my family (which included my parents and my small children) they were really helpful accommodating to our needs. We had amazing WiFi connection from our room. The reception team is really friendly and approachable. Rooms are a decent size, the restaurant and breakfast is great. Ortakoy(main strip) is 5 mins walk down the hill. There’s a bus stop just outside the hotel that can take you to Beşiktaş(where you can catch boat/tram), really easy to get around if you get a Istanbulcard (if you’re a newbie to Istanbul-check/download your route with google maps before you leave).

The hotel location is perfect, the garden is nice safe for kids. Staff are very friendly the restaurant staff members are very good trying to assist as much as possible. The only thing need improvement is the room furniture and bathroom it has to be renewed, the hotel management advice that it’s under process. Highly recommend for families.
