The stay at this hotel was amazing! Room really luxurious, confortable bed, really calm the jacuzzi was also really good. And what a great view! The breakfast is also perfect, fruits, eggs, Greek salad. So refreshing for the hot days we had! The receptionnist and the guy at the breakfast was also really kind. We definitely recommend this hotel to anyone!

We had such an amazing stay! What stuck out the most to us was the staff. They were there to help us with any and everything. Any time we wanted food or drink we could have it brought to our room or by the pool. The staff were not intrusive, yet anytime we left and returned our room was beautifully made up and fresh! The breakfast was amazing and always brought with a smile in the morning from one of the staff members. The value of this hotel is great. You get luxury feeling without the luxury cost. It feels very private and one night we had the whole pool deck to ourselves at sunset, it was better than any expensive restaurant in Oia. The sun sets right behind the pool so you can see it from the pool deck and we could see it from our room as well. Would highly highly recommend this place and hope to return soon!

Extremely Disappointing Stay – Would Not Recommend I had one of the worst travel experiences staying at Symmetry Suites in Santorini. When I booked online, the listing clearly mentioned breakfast, lunch, and dinner available—but on arrival, I was told no food was provided at all. Not even an extra bottle of water in the room. To make it worse, they charge an additional €2 per day for a “city tax” that wasn’t clearly mentioned upfront. The towels were stiff and felt unwashed, definitely not what you’d expect from a place that markets itself as a suite. The room was infested with tiny insects, and I ended up getting a skin infection during my stay. Honestly, I felt completely misled and very uncomfortable the whole time. Save yourself the stress—there are many better options in Santorini that are honest about what they offer.
