Symphony Suites

Underrated hotel. We were really satisfied with our stay here. The room was spacious and well equipped with complete amenities. We booked a family room with 1 king size bed plus 1 single bed. This hotel served a standard buffet breakfast, with nasi lemak available daily. A welcome drink and snack were provided upon check in. My son loved the orange cake. We'll definitely stay here again when visiting Ipoh. One small suggestion from my side is to offer a greater variety of food for breakfast.

We were here for family gathering. 188 of us covering 4 generations. We had a wonderful time here. The food for dinner with the price paid per pax were excellent. Good variety and tasty. The rooms were comfy. Ample parking space. A good place for function (for less than 200 pax).

This is a 4 star hotel but they chose to ignore the mattress condition. The mattress has sunken in the middle. You might say that's an isolated case but please take note, I booked 2 rooms, 2 rooms are having the same issue. Each room costs about RM240 per night, not worth it at all. Facilities are quite limited, no swimming pool, and only have a gym room. Not many choices in breakfast. Overall, by paying this price, you can get a better hotel compared to this.
