Delightful hotel. Beautiful setting with amazing views. Spotlessly clean. Lovely spacious rooms with large sitting outside area again with spectacular views. Enormous comfortable bed. Tasty breakfast with a good variety to chose from. Lovely quiet pool and large gym.

We were planning to visit the hotel’s restaurant this past Saturday with a few friends, but unfortunately, our experience ended before it even began. As we entered, we approached the reception to ask a simple question — but were met with unexpectedly rude and dismissive behavior from a woman named Alisa. Her attitude was condescending, cold, and frankly, quite shocking. It felt as if we were being treated like intruders rather than potential guests. The way she spoke to us made us feel unwelcome and uncomfortable, as if we weren’t even worth her time. This is not the level of professionalism one would expect from the front desk of any hotel, let alone one that aims to attract visitors to its restaurant. After that interaction, we decided to leave and dine elsewhere. Very disappointing. First impressions matter, and sadly, this one was a complete letdown.
