Synergy Samui

The property is, in my opinion, very very beautiful! I really liked the two pools, especially the one on the right. We stayed for a few days and often had the pool all to ourselves, which was truly special. The sea view from the pools was also excellent! We stayed in a room with a private jacuzzi: the room was very beautiful, as was the outdoor area with the jacuzzi. The only downside of this room is the bathroom: small, not very practical, and with no place to hang towels for the shower, for handwashing, etc. Breakfast was good, and the made-to-order omelette was excellent. I highly recommend this property, but it would be worth making the bathroom more practical and comfortable.

The hotel has a great location with an awesome beach — no stones, no sewage outlets, and no unpleasant surprises on or near the beach. Our room was not bad, but some details didn’t quite meet four-star standards (for example, the bathroom door looked like it was from the 1980s). Still, the room was clean, modern, and tidy. Housekeeping was always perfect — we received fresh towels and two bottles of water every day. The accommodation huts are surrounded by lush greenery, palm trees, and large trees, which creates a nice and modern atmosphere. On the downside, the staff were friendly and smiling, but a bit passive and slow to respond. For example, we repeatedly asked for seat cushions and were told each time that it might rain… but no rain ever came, and neither did the service. When reminded, they did eventually deliver, but very slowly and sometimes with unnecessary comments. Would you like to post this review somewhere specific, like TripAdvisor or Google Reviews? This is a very cosy resort made up of independent villas, offering full privacy and comfort. The beach is excellent—clean and well-maintained. Since there are only a few guests at the hotel relative to the number of villas, it never feels overcrowded. There are always plenty of available sunbeds. The resort features two swimming pools, and the breakfast is reach and tasty. While the service is generally good, it can be a bit slow, which is typical in Thailand where no one seems to be in a hurry. 😊 The villa is spacy, the bed is nice and comfortable, and the air conditioning works well. We had a very positive experience overall and highly recommend it.
