The services where better than expected: modern menu with options for everyone "kemencés" meals were delicious. Comfortable mattress and well equipped, spacious rooms. A really beautiful English garden. Small but fair wellness. Cons: No bicycle services at the time of our visit (June 2020) - however advertised on website.
Finally a five star dining experience in Hungary. Great meat from the oven, large portions. A bit off the beaten path, maybe that's why they don't disappoint. Oh, very little English/German spoken, lady from the hotel reception had to be called to take the order lol.
The location is beautiful and the staff is friendly. The hotel itself is nicely decorated with a good atmosphere. The room was average and unfortunately the bed is moderately comfortable with just to simple beds put together. The wellness area is nice and not too crowded. For the food: the evening meal in the buffet system is a bit outdated, but good enough and the service was quite nice. For the breakfast there was a good choice of options and a lot of fresh fruit. There could be a better quality of bread and pastries.
