Szépia Bio and Art Hotel

I would love to share my review of our stay at this hotel — everything was simply 10/10. We left with unforgettable impressions! The hotel is located just 20 minutes from the capital, Budapest — super convenient! We took a short 3–4 hour trip to Budapest 😍 The massage at the hotel was absolutely amazing. I had a relaxing massage and I’m very grateful to the lovely lady — she’s truly a professional. The rooms were clean and thoughtfully equipped! Towels, a hairdryer, bathrobes, toiletries, and a terrace were all provided. The pool was clean, and the sauna was great (it would be even better with some relaxing music in the sauna cabins for a nicer atmosphere). The food was delicious — both breakfast and dinner. Everything was fresh and varied. Everything we tried was super tasty, and most importantly, it tasted homemade! Unlike some hotels that serve processed food that upsets your stomach. The staff was responsible, had a good command of English, and were very pleasant. The town itself is beautiful. We had a nice walk and saw an amazing building :) This place has everything you need for a great vacation: billiards, squash, a playground for kids, pools, saunas, massage, bike rental, and even racket rental. The hotel is between 3* and 4*. It is good stay. The rooms are clean and air condition is good. There are lots of mosquitoes and big bugs due to the location of the hotel. It is almost 30 km away from city center which I don't like it honestly, but I came here by Jolly Tour with a big group. There are regular bus rings passing through the hotel to the city center with reasonable ticket price. If you want to stay here long term and want to visit center frequently, you must have a car. The workers are good, I didn't have a bad experience about them. Breakfast are good and simple

! Not a 4* hotel ! Service was not ok. After a full day of driving we ended up close to this hotel. The reason we booked this hotel was because of the restaurant and swimming pool. We arrived at 20:45 and wanted to eat. Unfortunately the restaurant is closing at 20:30. And they didn't want to make any food for us. They told us to go the patrol station for some chips?! ~not 4* service~ Our room was old and esthetic not that great. Mold in the bathroom. Terrible pillows (I'm guessing from an old sofa). ~ not 4* worthy~ The restaurant, bowling and swimming pools were all closed. All things we expected we could do. My opinion, 20:45 isn't too late for that. Normally all those things are closing around 22:00. Please place the opening and closing times on the website. That could have saved us some disappointment.
