I love the events department. They were extremely helpful and professional. Great all around!
Spend several days in this hotel. Good value for money. Spacious and clean room with a comfortable bed. A bit noisy at times but still acceptable. Breakfast is very good with delicious food and during evening hours you can enjoy a soup buffet with a large choice of different soups. Awesome !
This is by far the most horrendous 4-star hotel in the upcoming neighborhood of Tatuape. I tried 2 separate rooms upon check-in - I I kindly asked for reimbursement after realizing the entire property smells like mold and cigarettes. The rooms are extremely outdated. Front desk crew was efficient as they perfectly understood who they were catering for it. There are sex motels looking better than this place in São Paulo.
