Incredible piece of architecture. Salt works where you can breath fresh air that is filtered using the saline dripping through the blackthorn. In some places there is more water dripping than in others. The air will be better quality there. The experience was relaxing. You need to pay to enter the park and then if you want to go upstairs you will need to pay extra fee. At the top you get an idea how the whole mechanism of salt works work.
Impressive piece of engineering from the past. The graduation tower is a nice photo op. as well. My wife was born here so the whole place has a special place in our hearts. Around the salt generating structure you find a boulevard with some shops. In the town of Ciechocinek you will find some lovely parks and flower arrangements. And a lot of spa resorts due to the salt.
The hotel is located close to a park and a grocery store. The rooms are quite small and equipped with a kettle for making tea. It was a surprise when the TV turns off when the refrigerator is turned on some of them have a balcony. The hotel lacks an elevator. The staff is helpful and extremely friendly. For breakfast we got what we asked for. Lunch consists of soup and a main course and dessert - one type, no choice.
