Well located in the old city. The room was spacious and well decorated. Bed was comfortable. Although the room was clean, the dusting of some shelves and top of miror could be improved. We did not really have to interact with staff but they were pleasant every time.
Great location in old city Chiang Mai, easily accessible by walking and grab to lots of restaurants, coffee shops and markets both within the old city and outside the moat. Good location for pickups for local tours, too. Hotel staff incredibly friendly and accommodating. Free hotel breakfast great and convenient before tours or before spending the day exploring! Would stay here again. Rooms were very clean and spacious. Traveling as two young females and we felt very safe and would stay here again!
Nicely located right in the heart of old town, we walked everywhere. Opal was a gem who welcomed us with delicious suthera snacks we had to go find them in One NimMan. Noo at front desk & housekeeping & restaurant staff were all helpful & kind.
