T Land Resort

Thanks to Ruben, Adriana, Daisy, and the whole team at T-Land who made our trip to Rote unforgettable. The resort itself is located in the heart of the town and the facilities/food were impeccable. The staff were extremely friendly and happy to help and give advice on how to make the most of our holiday. The maintenance was excellent, the staff carried out daily cleans in the room and ensured the space was tidy and enjoyable to stay in. If you’re a surfer, this is the best possible place to stay right in front of the harbour and the main break, with a boat ready to take you out instantly. Couldn’t recommend T-land resort any higher and we can’t wait to come back!

We went to Rote in May this year, as we do most years and Stay for approximately 3 to 4 weeks. This was our 8th Time at T-Land resort. It is a wonderful resort with absolutely amazing Owners and Staff. We feel like family there and we always have a the best time. The location is right on the Point so the views are incredible. Its always fun to sit out the front around 5 watch the sunset with a few drinks and just enjoy the setting. The food is beautiful and the menu is varied. It has very clean rooms and they all face the ocean. It has what you want for an island holiday with fabulous staff, amenities and location it is really beautiful, even though not the newest resort it is beautiful and has everything you could need and is really maintained. This was the first year we have stayed at other resorts as well. But we will be going back to T-Land resort next year all going well and God willing. We had a wonderful family stay at T-Land Resort. The atmosphere is incredibly warm and welcoming — perfect for families looking to relax and enjoy quality time together. The location is unbeatable, just steps from the beach with stunning views and easy access to everything in the area. The food was absolutely delicious, with a variety of dishes that pleased both the adults and the kids. But what truly made our stay special was the staff — they were friendly, attentive, and went out of their way to make us feel at home. We’re already looking forward to coming back. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Rote Island with family!
