T2 The Portal Sukhumvit

Stayed 5 nights in February 2025 and was very happy with the room, service and location. Reception and breakfast staff were unfailingly friendly and gave excellent service. My checked-in luggage didn't arrive on my plane and the staff were as helpful as possible in helping me sort this out. The room was comfortable, clean with large new smart TV. Good air conditioning, blackout curtains and it felt calm and quiet in the room. We spent all day exploring the wonderful city and this was a great base to do it from, close to stations and so easy to use Grab taxis when needed. We felt safe staying in this area; large chain hotels next to this slightly hidden gem. Would stay again.

Great location on a quiet dead end street. If you don’t need a pool, big gym, or bath robe, then this is your place. It’s a really clean newer hotel with quality bedding and towels. The bed is much softer than you will find in most hotels in Asia. The staff at reception as well as housekeeping are wonderful people. MIND, Rose, and Oom made me feel like we’ve been friends our entire lives. The only problem with this hotel is that you won’t want to leave.

T2 The Portal Sukhumvit truly exceeded our expectations! The staff's warm hospitality and friendly nature made our stay unforgettable. They even went the extra mile to provide everything we needed for Songkran celebrations. The room's comfort was top-notch, with an incredibly cozy bed and the thoughtful touch of offering both soft and firm pillows made all the difference. The housekeeping team did an amazing job keeping our room spotless and tidy throughout our stay. Special mention to the doorman - his warm smile and welcoming nature made every arrival and departure a delight! Attention to detail and genuine care for guests shine through in every aspect. 10/10 would highly recommend.
