The hotel is small but modern and comfortable the lady at reception and the manager are very nice and kind and they have a decent breakfast and a 24/7 coffee area. The area is quite central and some people mentioned noisy but I didn't face any issue with noise as the hotel is tucked behind another building and not directly on the main road. The entrance can be hard to find first time. Overall I had a good experience here
We spend a week here. Honestly, never slept in a more comfortable bed! I truly want one like this at home! Breakfast was always fresh and delicious! Great coffee. Rooms are not so big, but there is everything you might need, even iron. Lobby so cozy and everywhere so clean. The owner of the hotel was so helpful to find us buss to rent for couple days to travel around. Experience in T.A. Collection 10/10. Thank you so much! Best recommendations!
Location is very good you can walk anywhere... Tea and coffee facility very good 24/7 u can help yourself in the lobby Unfortunately, I was injured in the shower and the hotel staff doesn't care at all in this hotel main issue management unfortunately. They don't respond any phone call or email too booking.com never reach out them before left from property I mentioned this to manager he promised but no action again. So if you have any issues don't expect any help from them!
