TA Danang Boutique Hotel

1. Interior Design: The room was beautiful, decorated in a vintage style with rattan and bamboo furniture. It felt cozy and close to nature. The triple room had two beds and was cleverly divided into two private areas. Everything was well-prepared, including a washing machine, detergent, and dish soap. We could also borrow cooking utensils from the front desk. 2. Guest Service: 10/10 The receptionist was super friendly and helpful — from lending kitchenware and umbrellas to giving tips on local markets and fireworks spots. They even helped us cancel breakfast from our package. Very thoughtful and dedicated. Summary: A cozy, beautifully designed hotel with excellent and caring service.

Nice boutique hotel in a good location in Da Nang, with lovely staff. It's a relatively quiet street, but not too far from the beach. The hotel is small, so this is nice in comparison to the mass-tourism places you can also book. They bring your breakfast to your room at the desired time as well. It tastes good, though options are limited. The staff was also very nice and helped us with our stay and activities. We also have some remarks though: the shower situation was a bit of a mess. Either you didn't get any warm water or the temperature got way too hot. The curtains are also very see-through, so prepare to have your room enlightened at sunrise (5:30 am). Finally, housekeeping forgot something each day, it being to refresh our toilet paper or new towels. Those points could and should be improved. Apart from that, we had a very nice stay.

While this hotel is satisfactory, there are many areas for improvement. The room we were given was not the one we booked, the balcony sliding door had a broken latch, and the pool was not maintained well at all. The worst part was the 'included breakfast'. The selection was poor and the result was laughable. I believe the staff onsite tried their hardest with what they are working with, but considering the size of Da Nang, a traveller can do better at this price range. The new lashes and brows shop next door is amazing
