Great hotel in Spokane. The staff was always super helpful and attentive, and the hotel was very clean. My room was great. Solid water pressure in the shower, plenty of fresh towels and a comfortable bed. I was on the third floor which was quick and easy to get to from the elevator or stairs. There is plenty of food and drink options. I had coffee and breakfast at the cafe, and I also had dinner and drinks in the Peacock Lounge which was a great experience. It was close to great restaurants and it was easy to find.

It takes wonderful everything to get me to rate at 5 stars. The food (treated myself to room service) was exceptional. I had the Gnocchi and the hummus plate. Oh and Cesar salad. Dressings and sauces were tasty 😋 but the service was impeccable. Everyone from front desk, the bell hops, the restaurant service where I ate breakfast of eggs Benedict, the room service people, all were top notch. The room was beautiful and huge. It had a wonderful large tub which I enjoyed. I could see the fire works from my room, always a treat. Highly recommend 👌🏽

This place is stunning! Front desk staff were amazing. And the valet was helpful and quick even with how busy it was. Stayed in a king suite on the 14th floor (which wasn’t cheap, cost us $1500 Canadian for 2 nights.😳) Views were amazing and the room felt very fancy. Bed was plush and so comfortable. A couple complaints though…The ac was barely cool so it was very warm in the room. There was no mini fridge so saving leftovers wasn’t possible but otherwise everything was very good. Liked that it was close to many things downtown. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.
