Tabino Hotel Villa Miyakojima

Lovely hotel, decent sized rooms at a great price, a small walk away from a snorkeling rental/tour operator and has plenty of parking.

This hotel has a nice spa (hot bath) on the first floor which is lovely. The rooms are small but nice and clean and good enough for one person. Walkable distance to many Izakaya’s and bars and food places. I liked that the room came with a curling iron for my hair.

Stayed from Nov 13-15, 2023. Before that emailed the hotel (5 days before) for some questions regarding our stay, unfortunately there was no reply at all (despite automatic reply that a hotel representative will contact/reply in 24 hours). Checked in and ask a hotel staff but did not come back with any reason. Check in area can be a bit crowded as there seem to be lots of hotel guests checking in and out. Hotel was a minutes walk from the bus stop, at first it was hard to find but asked directions and found it. The room clean and there are basic amenities like shampoo, rinse, body wash, toothpaste/toothbrush, bath towels, room wear, hair dryer, electric pot. TV too but in Japanese. They have reasonably priced rental bikes, no smoking on premises (outside yes). Breakfast buffet fare was good and kitchen staff very kind and helpful. The spa is located on ground floor but did not use it.
