Residents on the third floor need to climb stairs to the fourth floor to reach the living room and kitchen. Accessibility was good from Nakasu-Kawabata Station. There were plenty of towels, a washing machine, microwave, sink, cooking utensils, and plenty of dishes, so it was great for a large family to stay. However, it was disappointing that there was no elevator even though it was on the 3rd floor. It was difficult to move luggage... Still, it's nice that restaurants such as Don Quijote and Ichiran Ramen are within walking distance. There was no parking lot, but coin parking was available right next to it. It's cheap at night, but parking costs a lot in the morning. I had a morning flight, so I took a taxi to the airport around 6:30 a.m., and the price was less than 1,900 yen.
