It was a great trip, ambience and food was great , attached lobby with each rooms with lake view site is so good
Extremely disappointing, second time. Again would never. While we are paying such high tariffs, there is absolutely no service available that would prove worthy of the rent being paid overnight. Very poor quality of food. Just don’t get any item right. As basic as veg grilled sandwich!. The bathroom had leakages. No housekeeping service after 4pm which is bizarre. What if there is an emergency!? It’s all about the view. Just that. Which is also not very motivating after the really bad overall experience. Extremely poor Facilities and management. Additionally, Staff at the front desk was extremely curt and rude. We had prebooked so had no choice, otherwise would have left to look for another hotel. Only good at taking money, no concept of servicing. Would absolutely not recommend.
I had a very disappointing stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was unacceptable; the room was dirty and felt unhygienic. Customer service was lacking, as no one was available at the reception to assist with any issues. Room service also went unanswered. Additionally, several electrical appliances in the room did not work. Overall, it was a terrible experience, and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
