Lovely family-run hotel with a super helpful reception. The laundry service was fast (which was great after days of trekking!), and the breakfast was amazing—one of the best we had. You’re asked to take off your shoes at the entrance, which makes sense since many guests come from the hiking. The whole place was very clean and cozy. Would definitely recommend for a comfortable stay in Karakol!
Rooms had all necessary amenities. Service was good and very good location. Recommended!
Loved our stay here. The staff are extremely accommodating, the rooms are clean, nice bathroom with consistent hot water for shower. It was very peaceful and they also provide nice breakfast. Stayed here for 2 nights, then we went to Jyrgalan valley for 1 night, and came back here again for another night. The location is also great, not too far from the good restaurants and Issyk Kul ski resort. Thank you for being friendly during our stay
