We have stayed in Rome many times and this has been one of our favorite locations to stay. There is space, the proximity to the train station is excellent, Lucia is incredibly sweet and helpful, the king mattress is comfortable, and the nearby restaurants have great food. This side of the train station is less sketchy so we prefer it.
Hostess is a very nice and friendly lady. I didn't stay long, just for one night but I believe that is a value for money apartment since it costed me less than 60€ one day before Easter. Clean, spacious apartment with a nice king size mattress. The only consideration is that it is located near to the Termini where during the night you feel a little anxious because of the homeless people who are around. On the other hand, located close to the Termini it means that you can move anywhere very easily by using the public transportation.
