We had a great stay, and I’d recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet, quality and surprisingly affordable experience of an oceanfront hotel. The staff was great. I want to give a big “thank you” to Javier at the front door/baggage, plus Inocente, Alexandra, Emilio, Hector and the amazing team at the pool. Carlos helped us book an excursion, and he was great, too. Thanks, guys! Fantastic pool lounging, modern facilities, and definitely take advantage of the lunge chairs on the beach. We loved the view from our room. A priority for us was having a quiet experience (no drunken partiers at night), and we got that. 10/10 would stay here again.

Worst hotel I have ever stayed at. First the bartender took 30 minutes at a time to serve drinks because he either forgot or that he was drunk on the job, even when there was only 6 of us at the bar. Then I get burns all over my body because the sheets were probably under washed with bleach. They didn’t change my sheets the first time I had to report it again and didn’t get an answer about it until hours later I found them finally changed. My body is basically in pain now. I had to go to the hospital. Never happened to me before. They over charge on food and the washing machines are 5usd a wash and 5usd a dry. I wouldn’t stay here again for the life of me or recommend to anyone else.

They Cherbourg credit card for 300 to 1000 dls before you can check in, the reservation people are aggressive, and corrupt, they scam people, pay now and you find your cc maxed out with charges from other places. This place over priced, badly run, we have traveled world and this place is the worst, lock your door does not matter, they will go in even if your in shower, creepy front desk people are dishonest. My advice STAY AWAY, Bugs all over, don't trust food
