Taichung Charming City Hotel

I recently stayed at Taichung harming City Hotel, and it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I arrived, the staff was warm, welcoming, and attentive to every detail. The check-in process was seamless, and I was even offered a welcome drink, which set the tone for a fantastic stay. The room was immaculate, spacious, and beautifully designed, with all the amenities I could ask for. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep. I was particularly impressed with the stunning view from the room – truly breathtaking! The hotel’s facilities were top-notch. The pool area was serene and well-maintained, perfect for relaxation. The on-site restaurant served delicious meals with a wide variety of options to suit all tastes. Breakfast was a highlight – fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. What truly stood out, though, was the exceptional service. Every staff member I interacted with went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect. Their professionalism and friendliness made me feel like a valued guest. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Taichung Charming City hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and memorable experience. I can’t wait to return for another visit.

Near the MTR station. Lots of small local restaurants to choose from. Rooms were clean enough and they provide free breakfast. They don't provide any toiletries though aside from shampoo and bath gel 😅 i had to ask for the hand soap from reception. Also, they do a pre-charge on your credit card upon booking in agoda. Was a bit surprised cause I chose the pay at the hotel option but was charged immediately. So, FYI. Ps - we chose this hotel/area cause i was visiting a person nearby. If you're traveling to taichung to see the sights and do touristy things, you might want to stay nearer the tourist destinations.

-third visit since last year - stayed about 8 days and they never did housekeeping. only once they only took out the trash and added toilet paper -quad room 1208 has defective switches wherein lights turn on in full random when you're sleeping -there was a leave a 5 star revoew to get some chips in the front desk but they never restocked the chips so im not putting any 5 star scores for that -711 & nearby restaurants are good -have umbrella where you can borrow -one of the front desk kept smoking outside as if no one was left in the concierge
