Taichung Harbor Hotel

Had a pleasant stay on this hotel. Excellent accommodations, facilities and friendly staff from reception, concierge, restaurants and especially the housekeeping team with Ms Candy who are very enthusiastic. Great location as well with convenience stores just nearby.

Well received by the reception Check-in was smooth and fast Secured lift access to guest floor Suitably decorated room with comforable stiff bed. Perfect bed making, master access control at bedside. Electronic clock with multi function control. Room include free WiFi at lobby and room Environment friendly hotel, disposable items are served upon request. Normal, warm and hot water available 24hrs, use own bottle or get disposable water bottles to use. Washrooms are with right space splitvas wet and dry rooms. Electronic WC provided with clear instructions. Restaurant serving Buffet breakfast was good with verities of choices. I had satisfactory experience during my stay

I stayed there for many months due to my husband’s work. The surroundings are not very pleasant but the Gaomei wetlands are close and worth it. It’s easy to visit different regions of Taiwan from there, getting quick access to the highway. The breakfast used to be better 2 years ago, as they reduced it a lot in diversity. The rooms are really good, very clean ( except the windows) and the bedding outstanding. A great thanks to Candy ( Mingli) from the clean staff, who was so friendly, efficient ( English speaking!) and always ready to help. It’s definitely a family friendly hotel, full of kids during the weekend.
