Three weeks in Switzerland and France in upper-class rooms (100-350EU/night). Tailormade was among the best values for a perfect last night in Switzerland. New, clean, modern, and convenient (next to coop mart, 1 min to gas for rental car, 11 min To airport rental car return). Special thanks to Diana for her hospitable welcome.
Stayed one night here during a business stopover. The hotel is modern - not “wow” modern, but clean, functional, and just fine for what it is. The surroundings? Well, let’s say you won’t be snapping postcards. It’s in a very busy industrial area near the airport, surrounded by discount shops, a very well-stocked COOP, and a few restaurants. No charm, no history - but total efficiency. If you just need a solid place to sleep, work, and grab a coffee before your next meeting or flight - this does the job. Would I come back? Sure, if I had business in the area. As a base for tourism? Not really. But it delivers exactly what it promises – and that’s fair enough.
⭐ Extremely Poor Security – Theft Incident & Staff Rudeness I stayed at this hotel with my family on 2/8-3/8 and unfortunately, we had a very upsetting experience involving theft, poor security, and unprofessional staff. 🔒 Security is unacceptable: The car park has no access control – anyone can drive in. The elevators from the mall and the car park can go straight to guest rooms without a room key – a serious security risk. We stayed in two separate rooms on different floors, and both were targeted. Our family left the hotel in the morning after breakfast, and we left Switzerland that day. Once we arrived in Vienna, we opened our luggage and realized that cash was missing from one room, and a bag of earrings from the other. Both were kept in zipped luggage, and we are 100% sure they were there before leaving. The most suspicious part? Both rooms were left unattended for about one hour, as we went out at the same time. This feels like an inside job or a very unsafe property. 👎 Hotel service is almost non-existent: It’s a self-check-in system — no front desk, and no staff available when you need help. Staff are rarely seen, and when they do appear, they are unhelpful and rude. 🥐 Breakfast chaos: When we checked in, we asked a staff member what time breakfast starts. She told us 6:00 AM. We went at 6:00, saw breakfast already set up on the tables, and started eating. No one was there. Later, a staff member came out and yelled at us, saying breakfast actually starts at 7:00 AM, and the food was for a tour group. She then took all the food away angrily. There were no signs, no instructions, no one managing the area — just complete confusion and poor hospitality. This place is unsafe, mismanaged, and not worth your money. I hope this review warns others. I would never stay here again.
