If Liza is there to attend you it’s a good stay for you….Well maintained property and good ambience and most importantly the concern Miss Liza had to make us comfortable was heart touching. Thanks for making the stay so comfortable.
Stayed for 3 nights and absolutely loved it. The best part is the hotel is at a walking distance from Sarnen station and if you are using public transport then nothing like it.
We spent two nights in Sarnen at the Tailormade Hotel KRONE in early June 2025. The service at the front desk and restaurant was very good. The room was basic and functional. As others have noted, there is no air conditioning, and our window was unable to remain open wide enough to make a difference, so it was quite stuffy. We found the restaurant quite expensive, and the food was excellent although a bit salty for our taste. That being said, the service at the hotel was excellent. Nice quiet location a short drive off the highway with some nice shopping options and bakeries nearby. I would stay again, but no more than a few days.
