Nothing is too much trouble for the staff to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Ideally situated for the train station and around ten minutes walk to the main town centre A bonus of free local bus travel issued by the hotel through the local tourist office. Free access to the spa in the hotel and the roof terrace. A very pleasant stay

One of the best hotels of ST. Gallen. Rooms are cozy and spacious. The breakfast is really great (fresh bakery bread, eggs, yoghurt and charcuterie). The SPA is a really nice addition too. But They can do a better job at explaining it. (Sauna open only in evening until 10PM, rooftop jacuzzi unclear both times and nude/suit expectation.) The Gym is tiny though, only 1 person can use it at the time, so expect that you might not be able to use it. It has a spinner, dumbbells up-to 10KG and some very light stretch bands.

I staid 2 nights in the hotel due to a private meeting and a social dinner. I chose the hotel as it was near the train station and on walking distance for my both meetings. I had a small room for one person. The room was very clean and bed comfortable. Bathroom had everything I needed. The room also had a Nespresso machine and enough of capsules and tea. I also liked the corridor it looked nice with small lights with the room number. Check in process is easy enter through the app, self check in of front desk during the day. Why I dropped one star is that I thought the rooms were soundproof, but they are not ( at least not 412). I could clearly hear people talking in the next room, so clear that I could follow the discussion. Ok the hotel was quiet at night as it seems to be a business hotel where the guests sleep at night. But I was really surprised that you could hear the discussion that clear. Perhaps the bigger rooms are better isolated. No street noise were heard windows are sound proof. Opposite my window was an office building so I could see clearly into the office and they probably into my room, why I had to have the curtains shut. I highly recommend the Japanese restaurant in the ground floor. We had an excellent lunch there. I did no eat breakfast in the hotel nor did I use the Fitness studio.
