Taj 51 Buckingham Gate Suites and Residences

Exceptional service and stay experience. After the last couple visits, this is becoming my home location whenever I come to London. It’s within steps of two tube stations, convenience to shopping. I’ve always had a quiet stay, which is my preference. I can get work done at the well equipped desk or relax in the living room. Luxury bathroom and exceptional housekeeping. The bed was so great that my fitness tracker said I had a personal best sleep! Took advantage of the airport car pick up service, and while certainly more expensive than an Uber, the personal touch of being met is worthwhile when coming from a long international flight from India. Absolutely zero complaints and will definitely return.

A big thank you to Danny, who happened to pick up the phone when I called the reception (he wasn’t part of the reception team, as I understand) he went above and beyond to help. We booked the Edwardian I Hall, and he gave us a comprehensive guide—covering directions, parking, and even equipment logistics for the venue. His advice was spot-on, and thanks to his help, our event went smoothly. So glad he was the one to answer—his assistance was invaluable!

Thank God, we finally have gotten accommodated after asking to speak with the manager and getting our suitcases lost. We don’t know where exactly still that they took our bags because we specifically said we wanted to bring them up to the room ourselves, but the manager was really nice. I think he was the first person in the hotel staff who gave us a smile. It felt very lovely after the day we had with some of the other employees thank God we finally found the few people who are able to help in this hotel.
