Our heartfelt thanks to Vannya Vanshi Mehra, our friend’s daughter, whose recommendation and arrangement made this memorable trip possible. Vannya’s caring nature, deep sense of understanding, and strong moral values truly set an example—we genuinely look up to her and wish for our daughters to imbibe such beautiful qualities. From the moment we arrived, the welcome was grand and culturally rich—garland greetings, sandalwood paste tilak on the forehead, and refreshing welcome drinks. Ms. Mandvi Singh personally escorted us to our room and made us feel at home with her grace and sense of belonging. The personalized welcome card in the room was a thoughtful touch that set the tone for the days to come. We were overwhelmed by the complimentary invitation to cultural and kids’ activities, followed by high tea—an unexpected treat that made our family feel truly valued. The property itself is a masterpiece—elegantly designed, beautifully maintained, and well-planned with attention to every detail. A heartwarming highlight was the surprise arrangement of muffins and marshmallows in the room for the kids—playfully presented and delightful in every way. It was a gesture that made our children feel important, seen, and included. The hotel staff’s consistent “Namaste” greetings and ever-ready assistance added to the charm. The food was delicious, and the terrace swimming pool, along with the gym on the first floor and seperate kid's play area, made it a perfect blend of luxury, relaxation, and family fun. During checkout, we were assisted by Mr. Harish, the ever-smiling and helpful service in-charge, who personally ensured our luggage was handled with care and loaded into our car—a rare personal touch in today’s fast-paced hospitality world. As we checked out, Ms. Mandvi bid us goodbye with a heartfelt Rajasthani souvenir, leaving us with a piece of the state’s rich culture and a beautiful memory. True to her word, she promptly mailed us the invoice as well. We highly recommend a stay at Taj Amer, Jaipur. It’s not just a hotel—it’s an experience. We stayed for two nights. The hotel is new and very convenient for sightseeing in the suburbs. There were a lot of unexpected things. First of all, I thought I had reserved a room with a bathroom, but was told only suites were available, which was disappointing. The hotel didn't know the number of people in the room. On our second night, when we returned from sightseeing, we found that the amenities hadn't been replenished and the glasses we had used hadn't been replaced, which was very disappointing. We ate at two restaurants. The Chinese food wasn't very good. However, the staff service was good. I would like to see some improvement in the restaurant food and room cleaning.
