We recently spent 3 incredible days at the Taj hotel in Cape Town, and we can't recommend it enough! The service was top-notch, and the food was absolutely delicious. One of the highlights of our stay was the exceptional service provided by Tiger, who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was memorable. From the moment we arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and attentive. The rooms were comfortable and well-appointed, and the hotel's amenities were perfect for our family's needs. The food at the hotel was phenomenal, with a wide range of options to suit every taste. We enjoyed trying local specialties and international cuisine, all of which were expertly prepared. Tiger's dedication to providing excellent service was truly impressive. He was always available to answer our questions, provide recommendations, and make our stay even more enjoyable. An Unforgettable 50th Birthday at The Taj Cape Town I had the most incredible experience at The Taj Cape Town, thanks to a beautiful surprise planned by my husband for my 50th birthday. From the moment we stepped out of the car, we were welcomed with warmth and genuine hospitality. The staff were friendly and professional, setting the tone for a truly special weekend. A special thank you to the lovely ladies at the front desk for making check-in seamless, and an extra heartfelt thank you to Dale at Concierge, who went out of his way to arrange a surprise in our room—it meant the world to me. Every single staff member we encountered made us feel like royalty. The breakfast was superb, with attentive service in the restaurant that made our mornings extra enjoyable. The spa experience was another highlight—Coco, my therapist, was an absolute gem. Her calming presence and expert care made the treatment unforgettable. Thank you, Coco! This was without a doubt the best hotel stay I’ve ever had. Thank you, Taj Cape Town, for making my milestone birthday so incredibly special. We cannot wait to return!

A real 5 Star venue all round and with great views. Close to some of the popular attractions and the hotel has just about anything you could think of. The presidential suite was exquisite!
