Had an amazing lunch buffet at Taj City Center! It was an absolute feast — a wide variety of dishes, delicious sweets, and an unlimited platter that truly lived up to the name. Every single item was perfectly cooked and full of flavor. The staff was extremely courteous and attentive, making the whole experience even better. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a top-notch dining experience.
Everything at the hotel is top notch.... Except for the Pigeons at the Pool. We spent a weekend at the hotel for our staycation. The club room on the 11th floor was squeaky clean and the fixtures in good shape. The only shortcoming in the room was the Hathway Set Top Box linked with the room TV. In this era of IP TVs, the hotel is using a legacy entertainment system. And since the actual remote for the TV is not provided, guests cannot use the casting feature available in the TV. Breakfast spread at the restaurant was decent and the wait staff is courteous. The only negative experience was at the Hotel Pool. There were Pigeons all around the pool.... which is OK.... But the sun beds were covered with their droppings.... which is not at all OK!
Nice hotel with great staff at the bar, security was also helpful but that guest services was of no use. I had headache but they did not had basic medicines for the same, neither I received any call from anyone asking if everything was ok or not!!!! I asked for candles they send me birthday candles 😣 which was of no use. My partner asked for a smoking room despite of that he was given non smoking room. Just a request to improve your services.
