From the moment I stepped into the property, everything felt luxurious, calm, and thoughtfully curated. 📍 Location: Perfectly located at City Centre Mall on Buddh Marg, just opposite the Lodipur Fire Station. It's central, easily accessible, and well connected to the rest of Patna. Whether you're here for business or leisure, the location is extremely convenient. 🏨 Ambience & Architecture: The building itself is stunning—modern, clean lines with a warm aesthetic that lights up beautifully in the evening. The interiors are spacious, minimal, and elegantly decorated with a touch of local heritage in the design. 🛏️ Rooms: The rooms are spotless, spacious, and thoughtfully designed. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the large windows brought in plenty of natural light. The in-room facilities (TV, coffee maker, bathroom amenities, etc.) were all top-notch. I especially appreciated the attention to detail—everything felt premium. 🍽️ Dining: The in-house restaurant served a wide variety of Indian and international cuisines. Breakfast buffet was generous with both vegetarian and non-veg options. The staff was very courteous, and they even remembered my tea preference on the second day! 🧑‍🤝‍🧑 Staff & Service: The staff truly makes this place exceptional. Everyone—from the front desk to housekeeping to restaurant staff—was polite, attentive, and eager to help. They handled check-in smoothly and even offered a welcome drink. 🧼 Cleanliness & Hygiene: Extremely well-maintained property. Common areas, elevators, washrooms, everything was clean and sanitized. It’s clear that hygiene is a top priority here. 💸 Value for Money: Yes, it’s on the higher side (around ₹12,000+ per night), but the service, comfort, and luxury experience make it completely worth it—especially for a 5-star property in Patna. Final Verdict: If you're visiting Patna and want a seamless, peaceful, and premium stay, Taj City Centre is by far the best option in the city. Whether it’s a business trip, a family stay, or a couple’s getaway, this place will leave you impressed. Will definitely return. Highly recommended! 👌

Comfortable Stay at Taj Patna with Scope for Improvement I recently stayed at the Taj Hotel in Patna and overall, it was a comfortable experience. As always, the Taj hospitality was warm and courteous. The staff at the reception and restaurant were very professional and ensured a smooth check-in and dining experience. The room I stayed in (Room 903) was well maintained, clean, and elegantly designed, in line with the Taj standards. The bath area was quite nice and modern, making it feel luxurious. However, I found the toilet area to be very small, which was slightly inconvenient considering the otherwise spacious room. One thing to note is that the outside view from the room isn’t particularly great, as the hotel is located in a crowded part of the city. Reaching the hotel can also be a bit challenging due to the congested roads around it, especially during peak hours. The dining area, though maintaining Taj quality in service and food, felt smaller compared to other Taj properties I’ve stayed at. However, the food was delicious, with good variety in the breakfast and dinner spreads. Comfortable stay with excellent service in Patna, Taj remains a reliable option despite a few areas where improvement is possible. I appreciate their consistent hospitality standards and look forward to seeing upgrades in room design and dining space in the future.

The Murgh Kali Mirch ka Salan has become a personal favorite—I look forward to it every single visit. Most recently, I had the privilege of being at the hotel during Bengali Noboborsho, where Chef Soumya curated a stunning Bengali-themed buffet. The passion and pride he and his team put into the menu were palpable. Not only was the spread exceptional in flavor and presentation, but Chef Soumya also took the time to personally guide me through the signature dishes—an experience that speaks volumes about the culture of hospitality and attention at the Taj. In every interaction, in every detail, one feels the essence of Tajness—a genuine commitment to excellence, warmth, and creating unforgettable guest experiences.
