An excellent hotel! Everything was perfectly organized and the staff was incredibly friendly. Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed with a greeting card and flower necklace — such a lovely touch. We even received a complimentary room upgrade, which was a great surprise! The service was outstanding, especially thanks to Alka, who assisted us with everything and truly made our stay unforgettable. A big thank you as well to Paul from housekeeping — the room was always spotless, and he was kind and attentive throughout our stay. Highly recommended! We’ll definitely be coming back.

We go to the Taj a lot for pool days and keep coming back because it’s genuinely family-friendly without losing the calm, grown-up vibe. The pool area is spotless, there are plenty of shaded loungers, towels are ready, and the team is warm and attentive. Our kids feel welcome, and the menu has easy choices for them plus fresh, tasty options for us. Service is consistently excellent and the facilities are well kept.
