A warm shout‑out to Shivangi, Front Office Manager, and Guest Host Ayush—they looked after every detail and made everything effortless. The housekeeping team also deserves applause for keeping our rooms spotless. We were delighted by a generous room upgrade that connected all four of our rooms to a shared terrace. Evening chats, laughter, and the cool lakeside breeze with the Taj Lake Palace view made those moments truly special. Day after day, Chef Hemant surprised us with delicious creations, and Lalit Singh Shaktawat added a warm, personal touch at every meal. Even our early‑morning departure was seamless, thanks to beautifully packed breakfast boxes ready at 6 a.m. From the peaceful, well‑curated rooms and smooth parking to the scenic restaurant and thoughtful gestures throughout, every corner of Taj Fatehprakash felt like home. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by Mr. Ravi, a kind and friendly gentleman who made our check-in process seamless. His thoughtful gestures, especially towards our kids, instantly made us feel at home. To our surprise and delight, he upgraded us to a beautiful suite — a space that was nothing short of regal, with impeccable interiors, luxurious amenities, and an old-world charm that made us feel like royalty. The dining experience was equally memorable. We ordered dinner in-room, and it was absolutely fabulous — from the presentation to the flavours, every detail was just perfect. A special mention to the kitchen staff who made homely parathas for our kids, going that extra mile to ensure their comfort and satisfaction. The breakfast spread the next morning was equally impressive, offering a wide variety of delicious options. Upon check-out, we used some of our American Express vouchers, and the team was extremely courteous and helpful. They paid close attention to every detail and ensured that the redemption process was smooth and hassle-free, providing us with the best service possible. Mr. Ravi once again greeted us with genuine warmth and personally escorted us to the Ghat, from where we took a boat to the Lake Palace. His hospitality throughout made us feel more like we were leaving a dear friend than a hotel. The entire staff at the palace was exceptional — attentive, courteous, and always ready to help. We also enjoyed a scenic golf cart ride to the City Palace, which added to the charm of our experience. The hotel had also arranged a smooth pick-up and drop, making the travel logistics completely stress-free. And finally, the heartfelt departure gift we received from Mr. Ravi and his team was the perfect end to our unforgettable stay. It was a touching gesture that left a lasting impression on our hearts.
