Had an amazing experience at Taj! The hospitality was truly top-notch. Loved the gym and cycling activities, and there were so many thoughtful complimentary offerings to explore. They genuinely care about special occasions — they surprised us with a wonderful cake and a beautiful 'Happy Birthday' message crafted from green leaves on my husband's birthday. Truly memorable!

A Truly Memorable Stay at Taj Resort & Spa, Gandhinagar We had a wonderful stay at this stunning property! The location is serene and peaceful, making it perfect for a relaxing getaway. The beautiful surroundings, well-maintained swimming pool, and complimentary jacuzzi and steam facilities added to the overall rejuvenating experience. Although we didn’t try the spa, we heard great things about their services. The resort offers engaging indoor activities throughout the day, keeping everyone entertained. The food was absolutely delicious, with a great spread at both breakfast and dinner buffets. A special thanks to Mr. Pushpendra Singh, the Food & Dining Service Head, whose hospitality was truly commendable and made our dining experience even more enjoyable. He personally paid attention to every guest and took time to get their feedback on every aspect. We are also grateful to the Activities Manager, who went above and beyond—not only making the sessions fun but also showing genuine care and kindness. I misplaced some earrings, and she generously offered hers to help—an incredibly sweet gesture I won’t forget. The Taj team’s attention to detail made our anniversary even more special with in-room cake service. Their service was quick, courteous, and of true 5-star quality. Highly recommend this resort for anyone seeking luxury, comfort, and warm hospitality. Kudos to the entire team at Taj!

Taj Resort – Not as Good as the Name Suggests We visited Taj Resort for a one-day company picnic, and honestly, it didn't live up to the expectations the name creates. If you're looking to spend money purely for ambiance, then it might be fine. But if your main goal is to enjoy activities and games, I wouldn’t recommend it. Food Lunch was very basic with limited options — not many varieties were available. Dinner was better, with more choices like pasta, noodles, and a good selection of desserts, which I did enjoy. Activities Many of the indoor games like the snooker table, cycling, and a couple of others are not included in the day package and require extra payment. For cricket, they provided no facilities — we were told to bring our own bat and ball and play in the garden. But the garden was full of grass and small insects, making it uncomfortable to use. The swimming pool was nice, and the badminton and squash courts were well-maintained — those were the better parts of the experience. Overall Value In terms of pricing, I didn’t find it worth it. They seem to charge mostly for the name and ambiance, not the full experience. We also visited a place called 100 Acres for games and honestly, I enjoyed that more for a one-day outing. Check-in at Taj Resort was at 11:00 AM and checkout was at 9:00 PM after dinner.
