Excellent hotel with excellent service. The duty Manager Asif Khan helped me even with some personal challenges and made my stay at this beautiful and comfortable luxury hotel top! It is easy to get to the important places, the rooms are luxury equipped and as already mentioned the staff is above-average helpful and welcoming. I recommend this hotel for highest demands warmly!

The best hotel in varanasi in terms of service, food and location. This is the first time I am at Taj and they have scored 5/5 in every aspect. First of all let's talk about checkin : smooth , fast and no hassel even at 11.30 in the night. Then comes room, bed and bathroom all scored 5/5. Room is full super nice . Bed comfotable for 2 adults and 2 children's. If you are travelling with two kids always choose Taj hotels as no other hotels which I have visited among 5 star provide this size bed. Now comes late night food. Which we ordered at 12 after reaching our room and food was tasty, quantity wise eanough for two people and sweet dish that is gulab jamun which was the best made with khoa and panner. Very pure which is hard to find at best sweet shops I have never expected this quality food from Taj hotels. Then comes swimming pool : large size , Prefect water temperature and the staff there was very helpful .super nice staff. The comes breakfast: 5/5 for breakfast in terms of food quality and service of the staff . Everyone was very helpful providing the best service. Bring hot dishes . I ordere jalebi to be fresh and hot . Cold coffe made to perfection .the best staff .I would simply say Taj quality and service is the best in hotel industry in comparison to foreign hotel chains operating in india. This type of service is no where to be find .
