Everyone was incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful. Our kids had an amazing time with all the fun activities, moving around the resort was smooth and easy, and both breakfast and lunch were absolutely delicious. A special shout-out for how they catered perfectly to my mom’s keto diet — they made sure she had everything she wanted, with so much care. Truly a magical stay. We had the most unforgettable experience at Taj – Green Cove Resort and spa, Kovalam, and I cannot thank the entire team enough for the exceptional hospitality they showed us — right from the moment we checked in, and even beyond after we checked out. This trip was especially close to my heart, as my partner had planned a surprise proposal, and the Taj team executed everything flawlessly. From the beautifully set-up moment of the proposal to taking us around the property, organizing a serene boat ride, and curating a magical sunset dinner at one of their beachside restaurants — everything was picture-perfect. They didn’t stop there. Even the next day after we checked out, we were blown away when Chef Manoj and his wonderful team and restaurant manager Mani surprised us with a custom-made cake featuring a photo from our proposal. It was such a heartfelt gesture that left us completely speechless. A special thanks to Manager Sebastian, who truly went above and beyond to make us feel at home. His attention to detail, warmth, and coordination made every moment special. Every single person — from the reception desk, buggy service, security, housekeeping, restaurant staff, to the chef and his entire team — made us feel like we were part of their family. Their warmth, professionalism, and genuine care made this trip the most memorable we’ve ever had. This is hands-down the best hospitality we’ve experienced at any 5-star property, and Taj once again proves why it stands in a league of its own.
