Taj Malabar Resort & Spa Cochin.

My sister and I had the most enjoyable visit to the Taj Malabar Resort & Spa, Kochi in early March. In fact, we had such a lovely time that we came back for her birthday weekend, and it was just as amazing. The communication from the staff even before our arrival was very timely, and they helped secretly arrange for cake and birthday decorations in our room. The room itself was tastefully decorated, clean, comfortable and had a smart TV. The sunset cruise was lovely as was their infinity pool and the food, ambience, and property were excellent. It is the perfect spot for a getaway, right on the water with beautiful views, a peaceful retreat from the bustling city. The staff were outstanding, Jasmine (front desk), Elizabeth (Guest Relations Manager), Alex and Dinesh (restaurant) and Latif, who kindly answered our questions about the plants in their gorgeous landscape. We even got to chat with the front office staff in charge of their one-of-a-kind floral arrangements in the lobby. Thank you all so much! We can’t wait for our next visit.

It was  beautiful stay filled with amazing memories! Do not miss out on the evening boat cruise, the unlimited grills package at Dolphin point, and the dance programs daily at 7 PM. This hotel is filled with gems of staff who aim to pamper each and every guest! A special shout out to Ms. Elizabeth George Mooken from Guest relations, and Mr. Alex from all day dining ( Pepper). It's a small but really beautiful resort. We stayed in the Heritage Sea View room. I got to see dolphins in the morning from my room. The check-in process was really nice. Their staff is awesome. The complementary boat ride and cultural shows were great. Breakfast buffet was pretty good too. The only thing to point out is that the resort is really far away from the main city.
