My I recently stayed at the Taj Palace Hotel in Delhi, and I can confidently say — this is the best hotel in the city. It offers the perfect blend of luxury, comfort, and exceptional service at a very affordable price for the quality you receive. The rooms are spacious, elegant, and extremely comfortable, and the rest of the hotel — from the lobby to the gardens — reflects the classic beauty and warmth that the Taj brand is known for. Everything is impeccably maintained and thoughtfully designed. The highlight of our stay was the experience at Capital Kitchen, the hotel’s outstanding restaurant. Chef Sandeep Raway is a true culinary artist. His creative and flavorful Indian dishes gave us not just a meal, but a memorable culinary journey. Each dish was rich in flavor, beautifully presented, and made with incredible care. The breakfast was also amazing, so much food. Big shout out to Sumit-our server, Dinesh and Aky. You were very welcoming, attentive and hospitable. A very special thank-you to Mr. Amar, the Director of the restaurant. He was so warm and welcoming, and I truly enjoyed our conversation about India and its vibrant culture. His personal attention made us feel like honored guests. From now on, every time I return to Delhi, I will absolutely stay at the Taj Palace, and more than that, I will be choosing Taj Hotels whenever I travel across India. It's a beautiful property with unparalleled hospitality. Interaction with every single employee carries a lot of warmth which instantly makes you at ease. The rooms are fantastic and cozy. The food is astoundingly good. While your pocket might feel a pinch, it's worth every penny.
