Very comfortable. Warm greeting from hotel team and staffs. Even though the room is a bit old style, but keeps quite good and comfortable. Breakfast more India style serve with Dosa and egg station options. Recommend to stay here for business👍

This is one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at. Before booking, I was a bit concerned that it might feel outdated or run down—but it truly exceeded my expectations. While the rooms are slightly older, they are very well maintained and comfortable. I stayed in an Ocean View Deluxe Room with a balcony, which was perfect for enjoying the views. What really sets this hotel apart, though, is the staff. They consistently go above and beyond to ensure your stay is enjoyable. During my two-week stay, not once was a request denied—whether related to the buffet, room needs, or any extra assistance. The courtesy and professionalism of the team are truly commendable. I would rate this hotel among the best I’ve experienced, particularly for its exceptional service. While every team member contributed to the experience, a few individuals stood out: Pasintha and Thamali from the management team, Ruwan and Athuada from the restaurant staff, Vipin from the kitchen, and Shehzan at the concierge. Thank you all! The buffet at both breakfast and dinner was also excellent, offering a wide variety of options. As an Indian guest, I especially appreciated the thoughtful range of dishes that catered to different dietary preferences. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel and would love to return!

Beautiful experience we had a chance to stay two nights at Taj. Thanks for making our stay so enjoyable and comfortable. Your warm hospitality, attention and excellent service truly stood out. The food and salad was very delicious and fresh, clearly made with care. A big thanks to chef Amarajeewa, Mr. Dilhara & Gayan. Everyone was so kind and helpful. Looking forward to staying here again.
