Taj Swarna Amritsar

Taj....Epitome of perfection. Great Food, hospitality, service. Food... Alcarte or buffet...cooked to perfection...vast spread. Rooms....spacious, neat, clean and loaded with amenities. Hospitality....servingwith smile on their face, friendly and helpful. We needed some medicine for our kid and they provided it in half an hour. As usual Great experience with Taj.....we took uber for darbar sahib(20 min.) Its adjecent to a mall.

I want to begin by highlighting some incredible individuals who made our stay truly exceptional: Mansi, Sikander, Komal, Mukhtiar, Asish, Mr. Bedi, Ashviti (I believe), in all honesty I would mention the entire restaurant staff, and every single member of the 1st floor housekeeping team. The Taj is synonymous with excellence, and once again, the staff exceeded all expectations. They consistently go above and beyond, attending to every need and ensuring your utmost comfort. Their warm, family-like hospitality reflects the best of Punjabi culture—genuine, attentive, and deeply caring. It’s hard to believe any negative reviews, as I firmly believe you are treated with the same respect you extend. Sadly, some guests seem to confuse five-star hospitality with personal butler service, without understanding the difference. Despite this, the staff here work tirelessly to provide every guest with a remarkable experience. From breakfast to dinner, they are attentive, kind, and always ready with thoughtful suggestions. The food is fantastic and they’re always very open to food allergies and adjusting the recipes. The chefs are fantastic and forgive me for not remembering their names as they take the time to come introduce themselves. The hospitality is unbeatable. As someone who is well-traveled, I can confidently say that the staff at Taj Amritsar stand in a league of their own. Our room was spotless every day, and the housekeepers would even leave us beautifully arranged flowers. When I fell ill, the entire staff checked in on me, arranged for my prescriptions, and offered to prepare special meals—without hesitation. Thank you, Taj Amritsar, for making us feel like family.

Well run hotel on the edge of town in the middle of nowhere close to a shopping mall. The service was lovely, good gym, pool is good and rooms international standard. We enjoyed the bar and the well made cocktails but sometimes there was a bit of a wait for a drink - that probably says more about me! Breakfasts were fantastic and the Indian options brilliant - breakfast service was fantastic and we had each of the Indian options in the course of our stay. Would stay again.
