We had a lovely short stay. Thank you to Raju, Sebastian, and Rohit from A & K. You catered to my every need. Upon arrival, the hotel upgraded us to big suites. Very nice. I believe this is the case since I'm traveling with my papa, and they don't have twin beds available. Thank you to the breakfast and lunch staff for your wonderful service. Everyone made our time there very nice

Pretty great hotel, love the facilities, but mostly love the service/staff they are very friendly always saying hi especially Mr Amit, almost every single morning he sees me at breakfast and will ask me hows my day and how he could help. Big plus points for the service. Food was great for breakfast but honestly prices for the rooftop restaurant was pretty pricey. Other than that i love my stay. Truly thank you to all the staff for making my stay a wonderful one.

We’re currently staying at Taj View – IHCL SeleQtions and it’s been a lovely experience so far. The hotel has a warm, charming vibe, and the hospitality has been wonderful. A special mention to Max and Maya, the hotel’s adorable resident dogs—they truly add a unique and welcoming touch! The lobby is beautiful, and we’re really enjoying the Sky Deck lounge, pool area, children’s play zone, and the restaurant. The food has been excellent with a good range of options. The service at the hotel is amazing, with that said, there are a few small things that feel short of a true 5-star experience. While the bathrooms are clean, some fixtures are a bit worn—like chrome peeling on faucets and some visible stains. There’s also a faint musty smell in the room, likely from limited ventilation or aging interiors. The blanket is clean but feels slightly coarse and over washed , not quite the soft, high-thread-count quality you’d expect. We checked in at 3:00 PM and noticed some mosquitoes in the room, which ideally should have been checked and addressed in advance by housekeeping. These are relatively minor housekeeping and maintenance details, but they do make a difference at this level. That said, the overall ambiance, service, and setting are lovely—and with just a bit more attention to detail, this place could easily feel like a true 5-star stay.
