It is our favorite place in Taksim area, I had a lot of experience in Istanbul and I can clarify this hotel money wise is the best choice. Especially very friendly staff who is taking care in all aspects of guests. Well done!
Really good service from the reception and everyone was kind. The room was okay and looked clean. The location was not the best as it is crowded and you can't sleep at night from all the loud noises and car horns. I didn't try the spa- the manager or the guy on the reception was uncomfortable to deal with.
The location was great, close to Taksim Square. The breakfast was very bad and there wasn't much choice, but the room was very clean and the room service was good. The staff was really helpful, it's good value for money But the breakfast was awful
